By changing the the speed of the peeling rolls and the auger a variuos number of product can be peeled in the Combi-peelers. Some of the products cannot be peeled in the Combi-5 due to the size of the product. Big size raw materials are not recommeded in the Combi-5 By selecting a proper combination of peeling elements most root products can be peeled in the Combi-peelers.
