The unique and patented FORMIT Combi-peeler peels a clean raw material to a finished product with a knife cut surface in one machine. The combination of an abrasive peeling element and a knife peeling element on one roll gives advantages that cannot be found in any other peeling machine.

The first part of the peeling element removes the outer skin and remove any remaining soil. Removing the hardest part of the vegetable and at the same time removing the remaining soil extends the life length on the peeling elements.

Second part of the peeling element gives the knife cut surface.
