The automatic FORMIT CUT chateau barrel cutter can produce a perfect chateau barrel with a certain curve and with an adjustable diameter. The raw material has to be manually placed into the cutter feeding system. Each feeding movement produces a perfect chateau barrel. The cutter operates using compressed air and can produce up to 1200 pcs of perfect chateau barrels per hour. The finished product is separated from the waste product and there is no water used in the forming process. The FORMIT CUT 200 available in one standard versions and cuts a chateau barrel with seven equal sides, with the max and min measurements as shown below.
