All FORMIT machines use a minimum of water and energy. All profilers, cutters and peelers can be used without water in the process. A minimum of water is only used for cleaning purposes.

All electrical motors in the FORMIT peelers and profilers are controlled by frequency controllers, just to be able to control the process to use a minimum of start-up and running energy.
